Terms of Service

As a startup business ourselves, we have limited legal capabilities. We hope that this terms of service will help you understand what we offer and what you can and cannot expect. For any clarification, please do not hestitate to email termsofservice@graceit.ph.

The terms "software" and "system" all refer to the web application Business StartApp.

1. Offered Services

Business StartApp offers the following services on annual, prepaid subscription basis:

Financial Management Recording

Record financial transactions to generate financial statements.

Product Inventory Management

Record inventory movement for monitoring and input to financial statements.

Survey

Generate and implement surveys with automatic graphical reporting.

2. Trial Period

You have 30 days to try the system. At the end of trial period, you will be able to log in but you will no longer be able to add or modify any records.

During the trial period, we urge you not to use actual business data as your data cannot be collected automatically should you decide not to pursue a commercial relationship with us. You will have to manually delete your data from your end.

Alternatively, you may unsubscribe your entire organization, which would result in deletion of your organizational data.

3. As-Is Basis

The software is provided on an "as is" basis.

4. Limitations

The software is developed for shared usage among micro and small enterprises at limited cost. As such, each subscription is subject to the following limitations:

4.1 Number of Financial Transactions

No limit to the number of financial transactions that may be recorded

4.2 Number of Products for Inventory

Each organization is limited to 100 products / SKUs.

4.3 Number of Surveys and Respondents

Subscription to the Survey allows an organization to create unlimited surveys but each survey can have a maximum of 10,000 respondents.

5. Sole Use

The software is provided for your own start-up business use only. Your account or its subscriptions should not be re-sold or offered as a service to other entities. Violation will result in cancellation of your account without refund.

6. Monitoring and Service Availability

While we do not monitor the data that you create and record in the system, we monitor traffic mostly for optimization and security purposes.

We will strive to ensure the system is available 24/7. Our databases are backed up weekly. However, as the data is hosted in the cloud, we may encounter unexpected downtimes. We encourage you, as part of your business continuity practice, to have a backup method of recording your business transactions so that you can input them to the system once it is back online.

7. Data Download

You may download your data in each of your subscribed services into Excel or CSV format. If you need any assistance, please send a request to support.startapp@graceit.ph so that we can contact you. Request for data from the database will not be entertained.

8. Deleting Your Organizational Account

To delete the account of your organization, go to your Organization Profile and click Delete Organization Account. This will delete all data related to your organization and log you out.

9. Refund

Considering the low cost of the software, refund will only be given for cancellation of future years of subscription (if you paid for multiple years in advance). Refund for the current year will not be provided.

10. Updates

This terms of service is subjct to updates, which will be sent to your organizational administrator's email address. Continuation of service will be understood as agreement to the amendments to the terms of service.
